It is with extreme regret that I am going to write these notes. In fact, I never wanted to criticize one of the most popular restaurants the city, and I mean it.
You may have already figured out that I want to tell of one evening and I went to the Sbaffina Golden Lance in Piazza Grande. It was a special night for us, an anniversary, so we decided to us a gift: a good dinner with good wine and go ... We have entered
confident, well-accepted in a warm and hospitable full of trinkets and flowers ... delicious! The food choices and chose the wine come of hors d'oeuvre , pretty and delicious. The wine we chose was excellent and very rare to find, at a price slightly above average but served in glasses of high gloss finish.
So, you say?
Do not want to tell you what or how we got after we have spent, because the note is not about what or how but the why. Why ruin a name resonant with the dishes so sloppy, poorly cooked, presented in concept but without quality, made with old products (in the sense of parked too long in the refrigerator)? But the worst is this: why when they come back half eaten anyone asks you if there was something wrong?
The icing? The dessert: 19 € for a slice of pineapple. By the way, we were the only customers and as a result I am not surprised ... But an accident can happen. I hope you realize what's going on, and who does not sit on our laurels now that are made buckets.
